        岗位要求:
        1. EDP (Engineering Development Program)
        Locations: 
 
  1. Zhangjiang High-Tech Park (Shanghai)
  2. Operating, construction and manufacturing sites in various parts of China
  3. Xi’an office
 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
  • The EDP engineer will fulfill 3 x 12 month technical based assignments in different groups within Engineering, Manufacturing), Operations, Procurement, Research & Development (R&D) . The locations for these assignments could be Shanghai, Xi’An or other parts of China with the possibility for international travel to other parts of Asia, UK and US.
  • Every EDP engineer is assigned a senior manager as a mentor to guide and advise them as they progress through the program.
  • For each assignment, the specific learning, project-related objectives and job description will be discussed, agreed and commented at the beginning between EDP and the assignment manager. The emphasis for each assignment will be on on-the-job training.
  • The EDP engineer is encouraged to seek advice, coaching and support from their colleagues.
  • At the end of the 36 months’ EDP period, each EDP will have the opportunity to assume a a full time role within Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Procurement or R&D in one of our offices in Shanghai, Xi’An or one of our sites across China.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Recent postgraduate, with bachelor or master degree in engineering in one of various technical disciplines.  
  • Intern experience in engineering program/project is preferred.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and oral; skillful in use of PC software tools.
  • Open, proactive and willing to learn.
 
 
2.Technology CDP (Career Development Program)
 
Location:  Zhangjiang High-Tech Park
 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
 
  • Conduct Applications Development, Technical Service, Product and Process R&D, Market Research, Engineering and other assignments as defined by the business or function.
  • Technology focus areas include Materials Science & Engineering, Chemical & Mechanical Engineering, Cryogenic Engineering, Thermal Power Engineering, Polymer, Surfactant & Interfacial Science, and Chemistry.
  • Three 12-month assignment rotations within three different businesses or functions.  After completing rotations, CDPs will have the opportunity to be assigned to various roles in R&D, Customer Technical Applications, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, or Operations. 
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong academic training, with PhD or Master’s degree.
  • Major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science & Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Power Engineering, Cryogenic Engineering

3. IT CDP (Career Development Program)
 
Location:  Zhangjiang High-Tech Park
 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
 
The CDP (Career Development Program) is the training and development program for young graduates by attempting the methods for growing future engineers, managers and leaders. It will provide the opportunity to the talents to learn the company’s business, products, technologies and operating methods in their early careers.
 
  • The IT CDP will fulfill 3 x 8 month assignments in different groups of Global IT or other business of the company in Shanghai
  • For each assignment, the specific learning, project-related objectives and job description will be set up.
  • Every IT CDP is assigned a senior manager to guide and advise them as they progress through the program.
  • The IT CDP is encouraged to seek advice, coaching and support from their colleagues.
  • At the end of the 24 months’ CDP period, each CDP will seek a full time assignment in Asia IT Org in Shanghai, some jobs like SAP functional specialist, Business analyst, technical specialist, and Project manager.
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  • Fresh graduate, bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, industrial engineering, mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant major is required.
  • Ability to program with one or two program languages, about 1 year intern experience in IT application development is preferred.
  • Excellent English communication and networking skills.
  • Open, proactive and willing to learn
  • Strong leadership potential.
 
4. BDS CDP(Business Decision Support Career Development Program)
Location:  Zhangjiang High-Tech Park
 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Performs financial analyses of new investment opportunities and potential business combinations/acquisitions and supports the business team in development of commercial proposals.
  • Prepares financial analysis in support of capital expenditure authorization requests for management review and approval and coordinates input/review with tax and treasury and where necessary performs US repatriated earnings analysis.
  • Proposes Air Products’ position on financial issues during negotiations throughout the project development phase.
  • Involved in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, business area reviews, capital forecasting, and strategic plans and often called upon to provide a coordinating role in these activities, as well as ongoing business reporting.
  • May perform analysis on other financial issues such as dividend policy, ownership structure, currency-related transactions and issues and tax matters
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
 
  • University degree in Business/Economics/Engineering, a good MBA is an asset
  • Minimum 3 years progressive industry experience in financial analysis, experience in project analysis in a multinational is preferred
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills and ability to think strategically about business opportunities and investments. Must have strong commercial sense.
  • Excellent initiative, ability to work independently with limited supervision and flexibility to adapt quickly in a matrix organization
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese
